Temple Spa – Luxury Skincare

I was so excited when the lovely people at Temple Spa kindly sent my three luxurious products to try out. Temple Spa is a cruelty free brand who’s products are inspired by the Mediterranean. Like the name suggests, their products make you feel like you’re having a spa treatment, from the comfort of your own home! They use lots of natural, botanical ingredients to keep skin as healthy as possible and even donate 10% off profits to worthwhile charities.

Trufflesque Mask*

This is hands down the most luxurious face mask I’ve ever used! It has a £50 price tag so this is definitely a major treat although you get a 75ml pot so this will last ages. The mask comes boxed with its own wee face mask brush which I think is a lovely touch. This anti aging mask has a ‘hydra-plump complex’ which makes your skin look insanely soft and hydrated after you’ve used it. It contains black summer truffles, gold and silk peptides, fruit and amino acids. It also contains diamond powder and gold photo reflective particles which give it a gorgeous sparkly effect and make your skin look luminous! This mask doesn’t harden (something that I like) after you’ve been had it on for 20 minutes you massage it around your face activating more amazing properties and leave it for another 3 minutes. It can be washed off using a damp cloth or cotton pad. It is such a gorgeous pick me up for your skin and perfect for a once a week pamper or to use before a night out to make your skin look incredibly hydrated and glowy.

Life Defence SPF25*

I was so intrigued by this product. Life Defence is a daily environmental protection moisturiser perfect for all skin types, including sensitive skin with SPF 25. It helps the appearance of sun induced age spots, prevents dryness, pollution and the harmful effects of UV rays. It has a very light consistency and sinks into skin really quickly so is perfect for applying below your foundation. It doesn’t have a suncream smell, something I was apprehensive about and it doesn’t leave your skin looking shiny so this can definitely be worn on no makeup days to make sure your skin is protected. My face looks so plump and hydrated after I apply this. The cream contains vitamin E and hyaluronic acid which prevent aging of the skin. When you’re out and about in the sun you should apply this every 2 to 3 hours to make sure your skin is getting the most protection but as this is so lightweight it doesn’t ruin your makeup! This can be applied alone or can be applied over your daily moisturer.

Be Still – settling moisturiser*

The final product I’ve been trying out is this gorgeous daily moisturiser. If you read my skincare routine you might know that I’ve never found an everyday moisturiser that I really love. The ones I’ve used in the past have either not been hydrating enough or broken me out! This moisturiser though is especially made for sensitive skin and is light weight and gentle but really hydrating! Not only does it hydrate skin but it also soothes and helps minimise redness, something that a lot of us pale and sensitive skinned folk suffer with! It contains aubergine, cucumber, liquorice, basil, apricot, calendula and lavender to soothe and protect skin. It’s so silky smooth and sinks into skin quickly and leaves your face looking healthy and dewy. I have used this every day since I received it and will 100% repurchase when this tube is finished! I can’t get over how soothing this is, the second I massage this into my face, I feel my skin relaxing and cooling. I’m delighted to have found a perfect everyday moisturiser!

I hope you enjoyed these mini reviews. Have you heard of or used any Temple Spa products? You should definitely check out the Temple Spa’s website, they have so many products for different skin types.
