I absolutely love the packaging of this beauty box. The black box is so luxurious, it has a magnetic close and ties beautifully with a ribbon. I use boxes like this to store my palettes and other beauty products so I really appreciate good quality packaging.
Too Faced Born This Way Concealer // £20
I’ve heard such incredible things about this concealer, it’s hydrating and creamy exactly what I love in a concealer. I was a little disappointed that this concealer was too dark for me by to be honest wasn’t surprised. If you’re a regular reader of my blog you’ll know my serious struggle to find concealers pale enough for me. I really like the formula though, it blends out to be a really natural concealer, pretty similar to my favourite Nars Radiant Creamy concealer.
Mac Extra Dimension Mascara // (mini) full price £18
I already own a few of these mini’s so was delighted to have another! I really like travel sized mascaras because they’re used up much more quickly and can be binned after three months like you’re meant to with mascara! As I have really sensitive eyes I need to be careful not to be using out of date products. I love this mascara, it’s long lasting and doesn’t flake.
Chirp Body Hair Mask // £17.95
I keep saying I’ll take better care of my hair but I just don’t seem to have the time so I was delighted to see this in my box! Hair masks are a great way to give your hair some much needed TLC without being time consuming! Chirp are cruelty free and SLS free. I’d say you’d get three or four applications with this sachet depending how heavy handed you are. My hair felt so glossy and healthy after using this. I will say you’ll have to shampoo rigorously at least twice after using this to get all the residue out of your hair. I can’t wait to use this again!
Apple & Bears Honey and Hemp Body Wash // £5
I’ve seen Apple & Bears products popping up a lot recently and been curious. Like Chirp, Apple & Bears are also cruelty free. They have a range of body washes and body silks. This smells so lovely and feels incredible on the skin. I’ll definitely be buying the full size!
Paul Yacomine Huile De Parfum // £28
I absolutely adore the packaging of this oil. There’s something so satisfying about it! The bottle feels weighty and expensive and I just love it! The oil itself smells really good. I’ve been using it on my legs and at the edges of my hair (see I am making an effort!) and it’s making a real difference and my legs look so hydrated!
