Nude by Nature Powder // RRP £22 full size
If you read my everyday makeup bag post you’ll know I’ve sworn by my trusty Mac Prep & Prime setting powder for years. Unfortunately though, Mac isn’t cruelty free so I was so pleased to see this cruelty free Nude by Nature translucent powder in the box for me to try out. You get a full size 10g powder which is excellent value for money. The powder is perfect for setting your makeup and keeping away shine. I’ve only used this a few times but so far so good, it’s just as good as my Mac powder and doesn’t go cakey.
Elizabeth Arden Lasting Impresion Mascara // RRP £22 *travel size
I love getting travel sized mascaras! I like to try out lots of different mascaras so getting travel sized ones means I don’t have to wait ages to use them up. It also means they won’t dry out so I’ll not waste any product. I hadn’t used any Elizabeth Arden makeup in years until a bronzing quad from Beauty Expert arrived at my door. I absolutely loved it so I’m hoping this mascara will be just as good! I’ve one mascara to use up before I can open this but I’m really looking forward to trying it.
Boujoris Rouge Edition Souffle de Velvet // RRP £8.99 full size
I’ve seen this liquid lipstick mentioned so much in the blogosphere and been dying to try one! The red is going to be a perfect festive shade! I really like the formula, it’s very comfortable on the lips.
Pro Hygiene Collection Antibacterial Makeup Spray // RRP £10.00 travel size
Now this is something I was so excited to see was included. I’d seen this spray on Instagram and been very intrigued. This spray can be used on powder and cream products to sanitize them and keep them clean. As a beauty blogger this is a necessity seeing I have so many products! I’m a little disappointed this isn’t full size but it’s a good size to try out to see if you like it.
PHB Ethical Beauty Eyeliner // RRP £8.95 full size
I actually already own this eye liner. I received it in my very first Pip Box and really like it. PHB are a vegan, ethical and cruelty free brand. This eyeliner is soft and easy to use. I like to blend it along my upper lash line when creating a smoky eye.
Laura Geller Spackle Hydrating Primer // RRP £25.00 full size
If you’ve followed PaleGirlRambling for a while you’ll know my holy grail primer is Mac Strobe Cream but again, it’s not cruelty free and I’m really making an effort to find alternatives! I love that this primer is hydrating, perfect for us dry skinned girls, especially as the weather gets colder! This is becoming a firm favourite already and I love that Feel Unique included the full size. This is a must have primer for this time of year!
Caudalie Premier Cru Eye Cream // RRP £49.00 travel size
I also already own this eye cream, I mentioned this in my old skincare routine post. Again I am a little disappointed this isnt a full size product but it is pricey so I’m not surprised. The full size 15ml bottle costs £49! It’s also nice to save up travel sizes especially as my boyfriend and I are heading to Italy on holiday in the new year.
Overall I am so impressed by this box. It’s introduced me to some new brands and I’m really hoping the Nude by Nature powder will become my new holy grail! I love that this isn’t your usual subscription box, it’s a one off payment and you can see exactly what’s inside the box before purchasing too so you’ll know if it’s worth getting!
