This post wasn’t in my planned schedule but when an email from Nars appeared in my inbox last night and I set eyes on the Narsissist Wanted Palette (which I need!) it got me thinking about what other products are on my current wish list. With Squish on the way, Tim and I have obviously started budgeting to have an extra little person in the house which unfortunately for me means less spending on beauty products. It doesn’t stop me dreaming though.
Narsisst Wanted Palette
The colours in this palette are just a dream. The palette has 12 shades, some matte, satin and metallic/glitter. It has the perfect mix of nudes, oranges and pinks with a dark brown for your outer corner of your lid. I can already picture looks I could create with this beauty. The £55 price tag definitely made me flinch but really that’s only £4.60 an eyeshadow and that’s not actually unreasonably priced! (Can you tell I’m justifying?!)
Charlotte Tilbury Youth Glow & Bitch Perfect
I’m sure you all know by now what a huge Charlotte Tilbury fan I am. As usual I want to get my hands on a few more products and the newly released Youth Glow is currently top of my list. I’ve already tried it in store and it’s made for me! To me, it’s like a wonderglow especially for pale skin. It smooths and takes redness away from your skin leaving it ready to apply foundation and makeup on top. I’ve also been eyeing up Bitch Perfect one of Charlotte Tilbury’s K.I.S.S.I.N.G. formaula lipsticks. It has a more creamy almost glossy finish than the usual Matte Revolution lipsticks that I’ve previously gone for. Bitch Perfect is a pinky nude and I think it’ll be a perfect spring/summer shade.
Marc Jacobs Flesh & Fantasy Blush
Could this blush look any more perfect for pale skin?! Nude and baby pink toned blushes suit my ghostly complexion best and Flesh & Fantasy is the perfect combination of the two. It’s absolutely massive for the price tag and I think it’d last years, even with everyday use due to how pigmented it is. I really want to try out one of the Marc Jacobs eyeshadow palettes too.
Hourglass
I need to try an Hourglass powder and I probably would have already added one to my collection except I’m not sure which one I should go for! The ambient lighting powders come in so many different shades I’m not sure which will be right for my pale complexion. I’ve also been eyeing up their blushes and highlights, there’s just so much choice! Have you tried any powders? What are your favourite shades?
Glow Recipe Watermelon Sleeping Mask
Everything about this mask makes me want to try it. I’m in love with the packaging and adore Watermelon scented products. I already have a gelly like mask and love the consistency so I’m sure I’m going to adore this mask when I get my hands on it. It’s supposed to be super hydrating which is perfect for my dry skin.
Nars Sheer Glow
This is a foundation I’ve ummed and ahhed about for years. I’ve tried samples and sometimes love it and other times I’m not sure. With Spring/Summer on the way though I think the formaula will be perfect. It has a medium coverage and leaves a gorgeous dewy look to your skin.
Fresh Skincare
I have been dying to try Fresh Skincare for the longest time. Thinking about it I’m not sure why I haven’t treated myself yet! The ‘Sugar’ lip care range looks amazing and I’m desperate to try the Soy Face Cleanser and Exfoliator. Fresh also have a rose range, I’ve tried samples of the serum and moisturiser and absolutely adored them so I’d love to treat myself to the full size and try the Rose face mask.
Clean Reserve Warm Cotton
Finally a fragrance that sounds like it’s made for me! I absolutely love the smell of clean washing, it’s my favourite scent so this fragrance from Clean Reserve sounds like a dream. I think it’ll be a perfect Spring/Summer scent.
