2021 is almost upon us, what a year it’s been! I know we won’t be heading to any New Year’s parties this year but that doesn’t stop you from dressing up at home to celebrate what’s hopefully going to be a better year. I’ve got my sparkly dress and Prosecco at the ready so I’ve gone for some sparkly, glowy make up to match!
My go to base is Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Foundation mixed with Hollywood Flawless Filter. This combo creates a most beautiful glowy yet natural skin like finish. A little bit of Tarte Shape Tape to conceal any blemishes and under eye circles and then Nude By Nature loose powder to set everything in place.
Charlotte Tilbury’s Filmstar Bronze and Glow is my go to bronzer, it’s literally the only one I use. It’s subtle yet beautiful on my pale skin and if you haven’t tried it yet you honestly are missing out! I love the Urban Decay After Glow blush in Video, it’s a pretty mauvey nude. Unfortunately Urban Decay discontinued these, which I’m not going to lie I was gutted about as this is one of my fav blush’s and one I now use sparingly because I dread the day it’s going to run out!
BECCA Cosmetics Slimlight highlight in Champagne Pop is the perfect little targeted highlight, I apply some to my brow bone, Cupid’s bow and inner corner of my eye for a little added sparkle.
For eyes I’ve gone with the adorable Nars mini Wanted palette, I still wish I’d bought the bigger version of this as the shades are stunning. The foil shades have incredible colour payoff and the mattes blend like a dream. I then like to add a little bit of sparkle on top with Charlotte Tilbury’s Eyes to Mesmerise in Champagne. These are my fav little eye shadow pots, they’re easily applied with your finger tip and dry down leaving a beautiful glowy sparkle to your eye shadow look.
A makeup look wouldn’t be complete without a Charlotte Tilbury lipstick! My current fav is Walk Of No Shame, a berry rose toned matte lipstick which adds a bit of glam to this sparkly look.
