A new month means a new beauty box from Look Fantastic! This is last months box that due to some family things I didn’t get a chance to post about. I still feel it’s worth sharing though so you can get an idea of the sort of products Look Fantastic include in their boxes. August’s box has also just arrived so I’ll pop up an unboxing of that too if you’d like to see what’s inside.
Firstly I love the coral colour scheme of July’s ‘Sunkissed’ box, it just screams summer and that makes me very happy. Due to the coronavirus pandemic Look Fantastic haven’t included their ‘Edit’ which is the usual print out about each product in the box, instead it will be emailed to you and can be accessed digitally. I actually love this change and hope this is something Look Fantastic keep as its much more eco conscious and gets rid of some unnecessary waste! Obviously I know some customers will like the print out but personally I’m happy to read it online, so maybe an option for customers to decide if they’d like one included or not? What do you think?
This months box includes 7 products to pamper your skin for the summer months.
So Eco Konjac Sponge – I was really excited to see this included. I love Konjac Sponges and have been using them for a number of years now. They’re excellent for cleansing, particularly if you have sensitive skin.
Nuxe Exfoliating and Unifying Mask & Multi-Correction Gel Cream – Nuxe is a brand I’ve used a number of different products from so is always a welcome addition in a beauty box. I’ve used the Multi- Correction Gel Cream before, it’s a light weight moisturiser that helps to minimise redness. I haven’t tried out the Exfoliating & Unifying Mask yet as I was finishing off another one but I’m really excited to give it a go.
Le Covent Botanical Soap – With all the extra hand washing currently due to the pandemic an extra soap is always welcome! This little bar smells lovely and has pride of place in my bathroom. I love ‘naked’ soaps as they cut down on unnecessary plastic waste too.
Balance Me Vitamin C Serum – I tried out this serum a month or so ago now and really liked it. It’s light weight but hydrating and brightening, just what my dry skin needs!
Erno Laszlo Eye Serum Mask – Eye masks are one of my favourite products for pamper nights, you can never have too many. The Erno Laszlo Eye Masks help with dark circles, puffiness and fine lines, they’re lovely and soothing.
Barry M Matte Me Lip Cream – The final product in July’s box is a little make up treat. I love the shade of the Matte Me Lip Cream and know I’m going to reach for this plenty going into the autumn when a matte lip is my go too.
