Who doesn’t love a haul? A huge parcel from Beauty Expert appeared on my doorstep the other week full of so many goodies! I unboxed it over on Instagram so some of you may have already had a sneak peak. I thought I’d do a little haul with some mini reviews. If you’d like a full review on any of the products let me know in the comments! All of the products focus on protecting your skin and help it be as healthy as possible as part of Beauty Expert’s Skin Health campaign. Your skin goes through a lot, it’s exposed to UV rays, pollution and so much more throughout the day and Beauty Expert want to raise awareness of this!
Omorovicza Shimmer Body Oil*
I absolutely adore the brand Omorovicza! The products are pricey but boy are they worth it. (I’ve been using a face mask from Omorovicza which you’ll hear all about in next weeks updated skincare routine!) This body oil smells absolutely incredible and the subtle shimmer makes skin look soft, healthy and glowing. I’ve been using this after the shower on my legs and the difference this has made already is incredible, my legs have never felt softer! My skin gets so dry during the colder weather so this is going to be a staple!
Elizabeth Arden Fourever Bronze*
This is the prettiest quad! I haven’t used Elizabeth Arden products for years, I remember finding them in my mum’s makeup bag when I was little so I was really intrigued when I saw this. The quad has a highlight, blush, bronze and contour shade. Sadly the bronzer is a little too dark and warm toned for me (but that’s no surprise as most bronzers are!) The other three powders are gorgeous though. The baby pink blush compliments my pale skin perfectly, the highlight has a beautiful champagne tone and the contour is cool toned with thankfully no orange undertone!
Vita Liberata Ten Minute Tan & Mitt*
Vita Liberata is one of the few tans that I class as ‘pale girl friendly’ it’s so important when you’re pale to use a fake tanner that is bronzey rather than orange! I’ve had a few Vita Liberata spray tans in the past and been so pleased with the results so I was so excited to try this at home tanner! You rub this in to exfoliated skin using the mitt and wait ten minutes before washing it off. (If you’d like it darker you can leave it on for longer!) This gives a beautiful natural glow, you can build it up by applying the tan each evening or apply it once a week to keep a subtle glow. My favourite thing about this tan though is how beautifully it fades! It doesn’t go patchy, it just fades slowly and naturally. Honestly I think this is the most important part of Beauty Expert’s campaign, the most important thing to do is protect your skin from the sun! I know everyone wants that gorgeous summer glow but if you can get it from a bottle and protect your skin from premature again, why wouldn’t you?
Filorga UV-Bronze*
I haven’t actually used this yet as it’s been raining non stop so I’ve just stuck to my usual SPF but I’m really looking forward to it! If you read my Ultimate SPF guide back at the beginning of the summer you’ll know I have quite the collection. I think this will be great for summer due to the bronze tint and I love that it’s SPF 50!
Imedenn tablets*
As you can see from the photo above these tablets are for age 25+ and I’m only 22! So I’ve given these to my mum to try as she suffers with weak nails and rather lack lustre hair. I know these tablets are very well known though and have heard great things about them so my mum is really looking forward to the results!
Pai Camelia & Rose Gentle Cleanser*
This cleanser has been top of my ‘to try’ list for absolutely ages so I was over the moon to see this in my bundle of goodies! Pai is a brand that create all their products especially for sensitive skin. This cleanser also comes with a muslin cloth. I’ve been using this as my second cleanse after taking my makeup off and it’s so gentle and moisturising! It’s lightly scented but this hasn’t aggravated my sensitive skin at all. Honestly I’m so pleased to finally have this in my life, I’ll definitely be repurchasing!
I also got a huge wash bag, a mini REN mask and a little pink Omorovicza luggage tag! I’m so excited to keep using all these products, as someone with pale and sensitive skin I think this is an excellent campaign from Beauty Expert! Everything mentioned in this post can be bought from Beauty Expert’s website. Have you used any of these products before? Don’t forget to let me know if you’d like a full review of any of them!
